Purpose of Position: The Warehouse Coordinator has the responsibility for, in accordance with company policies, coordinating and optimizing flows related to warehouse logistics up to shipments/transport. Responsibilities: Manage shipping workflow and other warehouse operations according to established company standards, policies, procedures, processes Assign tasks and work orders to warehouse workers Classify inventory and complete inventory tracking Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes by monitoring KPIs Manage personnel and the team: performance assessment, communication of feedback, identification of any training needs Knowledge & Skills: Technical : Knowledge of warehouse processes and flows knowledge of warehouse logistics planning and control processes; experience in overseeing all warehouse activities, expertise in performance evaluation and monitoring of key indicators (KPIs). Personal : Organizational and analytical skills; relational and communication skills; ability to return feedback; ability to make decisions and related responsibility; ability to delegate; attitude to continuous improvement; results oriented.
