🎯 Who we are and what we do:
Decarbonize or stay competitive? That's the old, broken belief that is widely spread in the industry. Our Energy AI platform gives manufacturers a radical advantage: a standardized, field-tested way to cut costs and emissions, simultaneously. With us, leading enterprises unlock cheap, renewable energy by:
* Decoupling energy sourcing for constant process demands – buying, transforming and storing energy when power is cheapest, based on site-specific AI-driven insights.
* Syncing flexible production precisely with ultra-low price windows, executed through our platform's automation.
🏅 The Role:
Using AI, companies leverage their deep process expertise, access to millions of technological solutions and leverage identified cost potential in the autonomous operation of energy assets. This is how the European industry wins. This is how the planet wins.
This isn't easy. There's no magic 'silver bullet' for every industrial site. Each one is a distinct puzzle. Our edge? We've built a standardized AI methodology to systematically uncover each facility's unique optimization blueprint and execute it. This works across all industries, except (glass and ceramics).
Using AI, companies leverage their deep process expertise, access to millions of technological solutions and leverage identified cost potential in the autonomous operation of energy assets. This is how the European industry wins. This is how the planet wins.
But our AI alone isn't the whole story. For companies to truly win, they must commit: dive deep into their own site data, understand their production flows intimately, and iterate relentlessly with the AI. That’s how they unearth the hidden potential and integrate those non-obvious solutions that only advanced AI can pinpoint.
Beyond that, to fully capitalize, companies need an ecosystem:
* Full visibility of all relevant technologies on the market.
* Expert support – often from consultancies – to navigate process changes.
* A fundamental rethink of how they contract and interact with energy companies.
Orchestrating these moving parts – ensuring our clients have this support structure – is mission-critical. That's why we need a dedicated Partnership Manager: to strategically build these alliances, accelerate our Go-To-Market, elevate the customer experience, and ensure we dominate the field.
Tasks
⛏️ What You'll Do:
I. Strategy & Hypothesis Development

* Create hypotheses and forecasts for partnership fields.
* Analyze how ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) growth can be achieved through partnerships beyond the early GTM (Go-To-Market) phase.
II. Evaluation & Prioritization
* Evaluate which partnerships can bring us the fastest and most cost-efficient growth for the GTM.
* Evaluate the costs and benefits of each field.
* Test hypotheses quickly, statistically soundly, and with low effort.
III. Execution & Collaboration
* Actively and independently approach partners, self-sufficiently and operationally drive and execute the initiatives.
* Collaborate closely with PEN in determining and setting up the right product partnerships that will allow us to satisfy customer needs with minimal efforts.
* Ensure execution of the identified opportunities through own driving (also operationally).
IV. Long-Term Management & Scalability
* Design, manage contracts and partnerships, and set up a long-term, scalable collaboration model for the individual areas.
* Establish a long-term evaluation and monitoring model for partnerships and make success measurable and controllable.
* Measurably support CS (Customer Success), Sales, and Product in better achieving their OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
* Evaluate how ARR growth beyond our early GTM would be possible with partnerships.
