Job Summary:
This role involves managing the legal aspects of special purpose vehicles (SPVs), focusing on private equity, real estate, and private debt. Key responsibilities include preparing and organizing board meetings, shareholder meetings, and general meetings, as well as drafting meeting minutes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage SPV incorporation, liquidation processes, with a focus on Private Equity, Real Estate, and Private Debt.
* Prepare and organize board meetings, shareholder meetings, and general meetings, including drafting meeting minutes.
* Approve annual accounts, open bank accounts, and update relevant registers (RCS/RBE).
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience as Corporate Officer or Legal Officer in the Luxembourgish financial industry, preferably in an Asset Manager, PFS, or Fiduciary.
* Fluent English command is required; additional language skills are a strong asset.
* Proven experience with SPVs is essential.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a real curiosity and drive to integrate into the team.
