I am on the lookout for a dynamic, bilingual (German, English) Director of Human Resources to support our European workforce. Bring over 5 years of experience in international HR management, and join us in driving transformative change.
Responsibilities:
* Lead HR strategy and operations, driving transformative change processes.
* Navigate co-determination committees and stakeholder management with finesse.
* Provide leadership in alignment with our value-oriented culture and investor expectations.
* Facilitate effective communication across all levels, internally and externally.
* Foster a culture of integrity, decisiveness, and teamwork..
Profile:
* 10+ years of HR leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior role.
* Expertise in German employment law and experience with co-determination committees.
* Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and navigating transformational change.
* Proven ability to lead and inspire teams through strategic initiatives.
* Experience working with investors and an international outlook
* Mergers and acquisitions experience
