Every is redefining what healthy eating looks like in everyday life — and we’re building a brand that reflects that. We’re hiring a Senior Brand Designer to help craft and evolve the every visual world, and to translate it into beautifully designed experiences across all channels and formats.
You’ll report to the Director of Brand & Product Marketing. This is a hands-on, senior role for a designer who wants to build a brand from the inside: shaping identity, designing campaigns, creating print and digital assets, and elevating the visual quality of everything we send into the world.
What you’ll do
Brand Identity & Systems
* Partner with the Director of Brand, Senior Brand Manager, and other key stakeholders to evolve and implement an updated visual identity system.
* Develop and refine visual frameworks, templates, and scalable design systems.
* Contribute to conceptual exploration, creative direction, and the ongoing evolution of the brand.
* Maintain and evolve brand asset libraries, templates, and design systems as the brand grows.
Multi-Channel Design Execution and QA
* Design high-quality assets across a wide spectrum of brand and marketing touch points, including: email templates and CRM flows; social posts; site visuals (alongside the UX/UI designer); print collateral, inserts, customer magazines; flyers, merch, stickers, and event materials
* Collaborate packaging concepts, visual direction, and production-ready artwork for product and delivery packaging
* Create production-ready files for both digital and physical formats, ensuring accuracy and smooth handovers.
* Continuously identify opportunities to elevate the brand through thoughtful visual moments across the customer journey, and bring fresh references, ideas, and inspiration that push the brand forward.
* Work closely with content, social, CRM, digital product, and culinary teams to bring ideas to life across campaigns and launches.
* Ensure visual quality and consistency across all brand outputs through clear, detail-oriented QA.
* Translate cross-functional needs into clear, thoughtful design solutions that balance brand, marketing, and user goals.
What you bring
Experience
* 5-8+ years of brand and/or visual design experience.
* Experience across multiple DTC or consumer brands (in-house or hybrid).
* At least 2 years in-house working directly within brand or marketing teams.
* A portfolio that clearly demonstrates brand identity systems, logo design, and multi-channel design work.
Skills
* Strong visual and typographic fundamentals with a refined point of view.
* Experience creating or evolving brand identity systems.
* Ability to design across digital, social, email, print, packaging, and other brand formats.
* Comfortable collaborating with copywriters, brand strategists, CRM, and product teams.
* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to bring clarity and structure to fast-moving work.
* Very comfortable and skilled in Adobe suite
