Job Description
How does your day-to-day work look like ...
* You are responsible for the operational management of the restaurant and the entire team in coordination with the F&B Service Manager
* You ensure correct billing and clean administrative processes
* You support the ordering system and optimal merchandise management and step in when one of your colleagues from Purchasing or the restaurant is on vacation
* You are in constant communication with the Groups & Events departments and ensure that the planned event is a complete success
* In addition to your administrative tasks, you are also actively involved in operations and are always on hand when things go wrong
* As a trained restaurateur, you never lose track of things, even when one project follows the next
* You stand in for the F&B Service Manager in his absence
Qualifications

* You have professional experience in a similar role and are passionate about F&B
* You enjoy trying things out and taking unconventional paths
* You have a talent for organization and your IT skills speak for themselves
