To lead the Group Energy Technology team, made up of engineers dedicated to the topic, and with them:To identify, design and execute energy efficiency projects to achieve energy and CO2 reduction targets at our European production sitesTo identify new energy efficiency measures for the competitiveness of our plants as well as for promoting and applying building material industry best practicesTo conduct measurements and technical analyses (, compressed air management, heat recovery, heat losses, boiler technology, water-steam cycles) in our production processesTo maintain and increase the technical skills of our staff located on plants in the field of energy production and consumption
2. To be responsible for transparent calculation of energy-saving measure impacts as well as execution of energy consumption monitoring and reporting
3. Continuous support of national subsidiaries on energy-related issues (analysis of innovative technologies to increase energy efficiency and acting as an interface for internal knowledge transfer)
4. Continuous support of Group ESG department on sustainability related issues (Implementation and further development of Group CO2 roadmap, implementation of CO2 reduction projects when energy related, PV implementation)

What we expect from you!
12. Degree in engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering, energy technology, supply engineering, process engineering, or comparable technical training
13. Good knowledge in water-steam cycle systems (steam generators, heat recovery, heat exchangers, etc.)
14. Experience in project management and realization of energy-related projects, from planning to commissioning
15. Experience in leading employees
16. Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, strong assertiveness, team spirit, communication skills, and ability to work independently
17. Very good MS Office skills
18. Willingness to travel
19. Very good English skills
