1. Take responsibility for the planning, implementation and optimization of purchasing processes (focus on indirect purchasing) within the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) cycle as well as the IT landscape to support our divisional goals and set new standards
2. Lead exciting projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our procurement department, including change management to successfully implement new processes and systems
3. As part of the Digital Process World Team (DPW), you will work on the optimization and transformation of the purchasing processes into the new SAP S/4HANA world
4. Analyze existing processes and identify improvement potential to take our operations to the next level and work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop innovative solutions
5. Develop and implement best practices in procurement that strengthen our competitiveness
6. Design, train and support our procurement and P2P teams on new processes and tools to maximize their success
7. Create impactful reports and presentations to track progress and measure results, making our achievements visible
8. Degree in business administration, supply chain management or a related field
9. Several years of experience in purchasing, P2P and supply chain management
10. Sound experience with purchasing software and tools
11. Proven experience in project management, including change management and process optimization
12. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
13. Strong communication and teamwork skills, coupled with a passion for collaboration
14. Business fluent in German and English
