Your Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and prepare bids for national and international tenders Analyze proposal requirements and assess feasibility together with all stakeholders Develop and execute bid strategies in close collaboration with the Opportunity Manager Coordinate the full bid process from initial client request to final submission, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met Prepare bid documents, cost calculations, and presentation materials Drive continuous improvement of bid processes and strengthen cross‑functional collaboration Your Profile Several years of professional experience in bid or project management, ideally in the defense, security, or technical services sector, including handling international tenders and complex opportunities Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field Strong proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and costing tools Structured, results‑driven, and proactive work approach Excellent written and spoken English and German; additional languages are an advantage Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills We offer you An opportunity to actively shape the future of our globally operating company and further develop your career.
