About the Job

As the Wholesale Sales Coordinator (m/w/d), you will play a crucial role in supporting the Wholesale team across Europe. This position provides a broad range of administrative, operational, and organisational support, helping to drive growth and efficiency. You'll be the key contact for vendor and account management, coordinate meetings and travel expenses, and support internal team processes.

Key Responsibilities

Operational and Administrative Support

1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Wholesale team and Senior Manager

2. Organise weekly team meetings and other team events

3. Coordinate the control and tracking of commercial letters and samples

4. Support onboarding processes and manage back-office team logistics

Vendor & PO Management

5. Set up vendors and process vendor invoices

6. Manage vendor accounts including transport services and related admin

7. Handle purchase orders and service entries in SAP

8. Act as SAP support for Wholesale Europe

Travel & Expense Management

9. Create and submit travel expense reports

10. Manage corporate credit card orders and Concur/Amex travel accounts

About You

Education & Experience:

11. Minimum of 5 years of coordination/assistant experience

12. Sales background with knowledge of key/top accounts

Key Competencies:

13. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

14. Highly organised, deadline-focused, and proactive

15. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build international relationships

16. Team player with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving

17. Excellent verbal and written communication in English

18. Proficient in MS Office & SAP (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
