As a working student, you will be an essential team member, collaborating closely with regional and global marketing experts to support their projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to deepen your knowledge in project management and across various marketing disciplines.
We are looking for a commitment of at least 1 year for approximately 20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
You will support the team in:
1. Coordinating campaigns and content creation such as blog posts, webinars, and website content.
2. You will design assets like infographics, visuals for social media and advertisements, including the editing of short videos, visuals, and ads.
3. Developing internal and external communication materials such as email templates, news posts, and webpages or business cards.
4. You will manage the intranet pages for the marketing team, keeping the documents and information up to date.
5. Conducting market, event, media and competitor research.
6. Support various events and preparing event materials such as brochures and merchandise.
7. Monitor general mailboxes of the team to coordinate incoming requests from externals like journalists and internal colleagues that need marketing support
8. Support lead management and promote effective communication with the Sales team
You will learn:
9. How to efficiently manage projects and your time.
10. How to use tools like Microsoft Co-Pilot, Figma (design tool), Hubspot (email marketing tool), Wordpress (Content management system for our website and blog), Sharepoint (intranet) and Microsoft Planner (project management).
11. How to manage multiple stakeholder and build strong relationships in a business.
12. How to market a service or a product in the tech space
Requirements
Your profile
13. Currently enrolled in a business, marketing or related program at a university in Germany.
14. Strong copywriting skills, with fluency in English and German
15. Proficient with Microsoft Suite and open to learning new design and marketing tools.
16. Interest in marketing, storytelling and technology
17. An eye for design and attention to detail
18. An interest in financial services is a plus.
19. Previous experience with Marketing tools/technology is a plus.
