Your areas of expertise Human resources related academic background, work experience, internship experience is preferred. International working experience across different functions and/or countries, intercultural awareness for European and Asian culture and openness for an international environment in a Chinese company. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with team spirit, Native in Chinese (mandarin), fluent in English. Basic knowledge of German labor law or visa issues is advantageous. Work with the team to support HR team operations. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel functions.
