Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Social Marketing Specialist with a strong background in developing and executing campaigns tailored to the Kenyan market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track recordof driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through creative digital strategies that resonate with Kenyan audiences.
Key Responsibilities
 * Design and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
 * Create and manage engaging, localized content (text, images, video, campaigns) that connects with Kenyan consumers.
 * Oversee brand presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
 * Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
 * Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, and design) to ensure brand consistency.
 * Manage influencer partnerships and community engagement initiatives relevant to Kenya.
 * Optimize paid social campaigns for maximum ROI.
 * Stay ahead of digital and cultural trends in Kenya to inform strategy.
Qualifications & Skills
 * Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
 * 3- 5 years of proven experience in social media marketing Preferable with a focus on the Kenyan market.
 * Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).
 * Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with cultural sensitivity to Kenyan audiences.
 * Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
 * Experience managing budgets and paid campaigns.
 * Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
