Responsibilities :
* Business Management and Growth:
Possess experience in managing within the Field Force Agencies, capable of independently developing business operations and driving sustained performance growth through professional management approaches;
* Target Setting and Optimization:
Set and monitor Field Force sales targets, regularly analyze performance, and propose targeted optimization plans based on data insights to enhance overall efficiency;
* Data Operationsand Strategy Implementation:
Manage and operate POS visit data, develop optimization strategies through data analysis, and ensure the effective execution and implementation of these strategies;
* Team Collaboration and Performance Management:
Maintain efficient communication and coordination with Agency partners, promptly convey company requirements to the Field Force team, ensure task execution and feedback. Complete quarterly Field Force team performance evaluations and feedback, ensuring clear objectives and strong execution.
Requirements:
* Analytical Skills:
Demonstrate strong skills in data organization and analysis, with the ability to propose efficient, practical optimization strategies based on results. Proficient in Excel and other office tools to manage and analyze data effectively;
* Language Proficiency:
Fluent in German and English, with strong cross-language communication skills;
* Pressure Management:
Capable of adapting to a fast-paced, high-demand work environment with strong stress management and flexibility in handling challenges;
* Professional Competence:
Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, able to balance the needs of different departments and teams, and optimize resources efficiently.
