Job Summary
The IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Manager is a critical role responsible for developing and maintaining an effective IT governance framework that aligns with our strategic objectives.
* Key Responsibilities:
* - Develop and maintain the IT governance framework, ensuring it is aligned with company strategy and objectives;
* - Work closely with stakeholders to define IT policies, standards, and procedures;
* - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce reports to assess the effectiveness of IT governance;
* - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including ISO 27001, RGPD, PCI-DSS, and other applicable laws and standards;
* - Organize and supervise internal and external IT audits;
* - Maintain complete and up-to-date documentation of compliance processes;
Requirements:
