THE ROLE
As part of our continuous expansion, we are looking for talented specialists to support one of our fastest growing and most innovative lines of business. Business solutions consultants play a pivotal role in all sales engagements, we rely on their technical know-how, and ability to take customers on a journey by delivering impactful product demos, POCs or through compelling story telling to help them on their digital transformation journey.
OPPORTUNITIES
1. You will be supporting the sales organization as a trusted digital transformation expert in engaging at C-level with new and existing customer in architecting and demonstrating the solutions relevant to their business requirements.
2. You will be creating customer personas and customer journeys to create impact and interest around the solutions offerings.
3. You will work closely with product engineering and development teams to ensure that our solutions offerings are competitive, compelling and address customer needs.
4. You will be acting as a functional authority and trusted advisor to help our clients on their digital transformation journey, listening, challenging, anticipating, and making recommendations by building a digital roadmap with them.
5. You will collaborate, partner, and consult with customer stakeholders at all levels to understand their bank's strategy, challenges, and opportunities and articulating how Temenos can help them achieve their objectives.
6. You will be supporting the RFP process to ensure that our solutions can be effectively applied to the clients unique business challenge.
7. You will manage Bids and proposals and coordinate between all parties to submit Temenos responses to clients RFPs and RFIs.
8. You will act as a brand ambassador for Temenos by getting involved in marketing campaigns, public speaking engagements, generating content (blogs, articles,
9. You will collaborate with various distributed internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of sales campaigns
SKILLS
10. You should have experience in working in retail and core banking digital transformation projects, and other financial institutions.
11. You should have experience in Pre-sales and related sales activities.
12. You should have experience in in one of all of the following areas: Corporate Lending, Trade Finance & Cash management
13. You should have a particular interest in the financial services industry; the trends, challenges, and innovations, particularly on Corporate Banking
14. You should have experience in a client-facing role acts as a trusted partner to C-level business and technical stakeholders.
15. You should be able to navigate complexity and deal with ambiguity.
16. You should have entrepreneurial spirit and a can-do approach to problem-solving.
17. You should have a global mindset, a team spirit, and a desire to make a real impact.
18. You should have an appetite for learning and growth.
19. You should be fluent both in English and Italian languages
