Join us, and be part of the team making that future possible.The Role:As a Medical Science Liaison, you will play a key role in shaping Oviva’s medical presence in Germany. By building strong partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders, medical societies, and patient organizations, you will help establish digital health solutions in the healthcare system.Requirements:At least 5 years of experience in medical affairs, scientific engagement, or stakeholder management - in a healthcare, life sciences, or digital health setting.Scientific background with experience in communication, collaboration, and networking in an academic or healthcare environment.Degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Public Health, or Pharmacy (an advanced degree such as PhD or MD is a plus).Strong understanding of the medical landscape and evidence-based communication.Strong communication and networking skills with a high level of ownership, proactive execution, and accountability; thriving in a fast-paced environment.Team-oriented, pragmatic, and solutions-driven approach.Fluent English and German.Responsibilities:Build and maintain relationships with medical-scientific key opinion leaders (KOLs).Organize advisory boards, expert interviews, and events.Collaborate closely with professional societies in metabolic disease space (obesity, diabetes, and hypertension - DDG, DGIM, DAG and others), as well as with patient organizations.Foster scientific collaboration with local healthcare provider communities (HCP) via educational formats (i.e. “Qualitätszirkel”, “Hausärztezirkel”, round tables), enhancing collaboration and knowledge sharing.Collaborate with patient advocacy groups to strengthen our patient-centered approach.Work closely with the German doctor sales team to map prescriber landscape and identify advocacy priorities.Partner with clinical research teams to effectively communicate Oviva's evidence base.Provide strategic support to the sales and research teams in stakeholder management.Support implementation of CRM tools to streamline stakeholder engagement.Contribute to the further development of internal tools and guidelines for sustainable stakeholder engagement across CH and UK teams.Impact with purpose: Be part of a dedicated team that is transforming healthcare for people with obesity and type 2 diabetes.Dynamic culture: A collaborative, creative, and change-driven work environment.Attractive benefits: Competitive salary, flexible working models, and personal development opportunities.Our Culture & ValuesIt is very important to us to create a culture where people truly enjoy working.
