Digital Solutions Project Lead Job Description
As a Digital Solutions Project Lead, you will oversee and manage complex digital projects from concept to delivery. Your role will involve leading cross-functional teams, working closely with customers, and collaborating with suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Develop and execute project plans to meet business objectives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, team members, and suppliers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
* At least 7 years of experience managing digital solution projects, distributed systems, and/or big automotive projects.
* Proven track record of using classical and agile project management methods and strong analytical capabilities.
* Deep technical knowledge of distributed systems, testing, integration, and operations.
* Ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams to achieve business objectives.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
