We are looking for a Business Development Manager B2B - Germany (f/m/d, based in Berlin or remote). Must be fluent in German.
Why is our b2b (hotels) segment so exciting right now? Over the past five years we have built a strong direct-to-consumer following with tens of thousands of customers. We now bring this strong brand to hotels, we have already closed significant hotel deals so you will build a business in a unit that has momentum, a strong business case and various team members.
Tasks
At Royfort you will:
* Acquire new customers in the boutique/premium/luxury hotel segment and identify new business opportunities
* Reach out to potential customers via phone, email & LinkedIn (mostly phone - this is our most successful channel)
* Develop business relationships with interior designers, architects and real estate developers
* Create and manage your sales pipeline and negotiate offers
* Consult customers on what is best for them and make the whole buying experience amazing for them.
Requirements
About you:
You feel motivated in an environment where no day looks the same. You enjoy creating new opportunities and bringing them to life. You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
* You have a track record of being number 1 in several different areas
* You have excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
* You have 1 - 7 years of work experience in a fast-paced business development environment (e.g. start-up)
* You are curious by nature and have a results oriented mindset
* You are a driven team-player, not afraid of cold-calling, know how to manage objections as well as communicate and deal with a diverse range of people up to senior management
* You are eager to learn, like to receive feedback and know how to make use of it
