Mode of Employment: Limited, 15-20h/week
As a working student at Siemens, you have the opportunity to actively contribute in various areas and fully apply your skills.
You’ll create impact by
1. You will contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of existing P&O dashboards in PowerBI and become part of our broader people analytics community.
2. Moreover you will support ongoing projects – by planning project timeline, coordination meetings, updating documents, and collaborating with various stakeholders.
3. You will assist in the creation of management-level presentations. Prepare and visualize data-driven insights in PowerPoint, ensuring accuracy, clarity and impact.
4. You will support in key P&O processes, such as salary & performance review, promotion, and other ad-hoc processes.
5. Last but not least you will conduct research on current trends in P&O and help translate findings into practical insights for our business environment.
This is how you'll win us over
6. Complete our team with your ongoing studies in the field of Business Administration, Social Sciences, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, IT or a related field
7. You enjoy working in people and analytics and are interested in the latest trends in the field of People and Organization
8. Your level of self-motivation and team spirit is high
9. You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (knowledge of Macros/VBA is a plus) and PowerPoint
10. Ideally you bring first experience in data analytics and/ or experience in working with Power BI or other analytics tools
11. You have experience in project management
12. You are fluent in English and German skills of advantage. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
