Your tasks
7. Creation of status reports
8. Risk management/project planning
9. Stakeholder management and dependency management
10. Coordination with requirements management
11. Analysis of concept documents
12. Creation and preparation of management documents
13. Creation of the usual project documentation, decision draft, project plan, effort estimate, risk analysis, etc., and their storage in Confluence.
Your profile
14. Must-have: Project references from medium to large IT projects in recent years - Experience in the Deutsche Bahn environment, preferably in digital passenger transport
15. Must-have: Experience in managing medium to large agile projects (Scrum/SAFe)
16. Must-have: 3-5 years of experience in overall project management; budget planning & control
17. Must-have: Strong moderation and communication skills; customer/service orientation
18. Must-have: Excellent experience in team leadership and team behavior
19. Must-have: Very good experience in using common project management tools for project control
20. Must-have: Experience, preparation and creation of decision-making documents
21. Must-have: Mastery of project management methodology (e.g., PMP certification)
22. Desirable qualifications include: GPM Level B certification (or comparable qualification) with corresponding practical experience.
23. Experience in leading medium to large agile projects (>30 employees), including at least 2 projects with a total volume > 5000 person-days, or comparable qualifications.
