As a Store Manager, you are responsible for the smooth operation and turnover of the shop and the achievement of targets.
The most important tasks include:
24. Creation of personnel deployment plans and time sheets
25. Evaluating and analysing various KPIs
26. Close cooperation and correspondence with retail management
27. Taking on administrative tasks and reporting
28. Induction and training of new employees

Your profile:
38. Successfully completed commercial vocational training
39. First professional experience in a management position
40. At least 3 years of experience in retail
41. High affinity for sports and fashion
42. Independent and autonomous way of working
43. Excellent communication skills
44. High service orientation and enjoy working with other people on a daily basis
45. Good knowledge of German and English
46. Commitment, flexibility & ability to work in a team (flexible work schedule, including weekends)
