Who You Are:
As a Sports Photographer passionate about our creative and dynamic coverage with a focus on an innovative style for our clients, you will be responsible for capturing, delivering and editing imagery, including stills and video, to meet the content requirements of our organization. Whether working independently or under the mentorship of content directors, chief photographers, or assignment groups, you will apply advanced skills in sports photography, demonstrating proficiency in content creation, lighting techniques, and editing. Your role will primarily encompass shooting towards our editorial coverage and creative commercial briefs: Football, motorsport, winter sport and other Olympic disciplines, from small scale competitions to globally renowned spectacles such as Formula One or World Championships as well as working on assignments for brands and partners. A primary focus will be on capturing dynamic sports action, moments, and features with a fresh and unique look and approach while upholding the high standards required to meet client briefs, excel in editorial coverage and support and continue to develop our creative idea for the future. Extensive travel, both short and long-term, will be required, reflecting your dedication to delivering outstanding results. Typically this person will have 5+ years professional experience in the world of sport photography.

What You'll Need:
* Must be industry established and experienced in covering global sport events, highly-skilled in football, motorsport and winter sport photography
* Ability to deliver on commercial assignments with global brands and partners
* Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities
* An understanding of Digital Photography, the latest professional camera and lighting equipment, and content editing software
* Technical proficiency in camera setup, remote operation, FTP transmission, and networking
* Embrace innovation by exploring and implementing cutting-edge technologies
* The ability to travel, domestically and internationally, on short notice and frequently
* Fluency in both German and English in speaking, reading, and writing
* You are required to have a valid driver's license
* You currently possess or can obtain a passport

* Portraiture: Execute creative, compelling portraits, tailored to individual athletes or teams, showcasing artistic vision and technical proficiency
* Features: Utilize extensive relationships to produce insightful features covering various aspects of sports, from grassroots to elite levels
* Action: Capture industry-leading peak action moments that encapsulate the essence and excitement of sporting events
* Stock: Anticipate beyond-the-moment coverage by promptly uploading second edits post-event, enriching our stock library with diverse and captivating imagery
* Event Coverage: Deliver unparalleled content across all facets of assignments, ensuring comprehensive and exceptional coverage
* Commercial Content: Conceptualize and complete specific client briefs, managing relationships with global sports brands, athletes and governing bodies
What You Can Expect: (Physical and Mental Demands & Requirements)
* In this position you will need to be comfortable with working long hours and not always having a traditional work schedule as events sometimes happen over holidays and weekends
* Extensive travel is required, both domestically and internationally. You're ready to work on location for extended periods of time to ensure successful coverage of events
* Occasionally moving objects up to 50 lbs and frequently moving objects up to 20 lbs
* Occasionally performing role functions in outdoor elements that may involve low temperatures, high temperatures, precipitation, snow and wind
* Occasionally performing role functions in presence of bright, flashing lights
* Occasionally performing role functions in a loud and noisy environment
