You will advise our customers on our organic certified baked products, make delicious speciality coffee and contribute significantly to ensuring that all customer service processes run smoothly.
YOUR MISSION
* Providing expert advice and the selling of our products
* Preparation of speciality coffee
* Operating our cash register system
* Ensuring an appealing presentation of our products
* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
YOUR PROFILE
* Some experience in customer service or as waiting staff
* Ideally experience in using a professional espresso machine
* Passion and love for the baking handwork
* Strong customer service orientation
* Good communication skills in German and ideally English
* A thorough and independent way of working
* Awareness of order and cleanliness
* A good team player and enjoy working in a team
