Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management as Architect for various projects
* responsible of the multi-disciplinary coordination of the overall Project production and deliverables of a fully coordinated project documentations including project Specialist and Sub-Consultants packages.
* Coordination and management of Prüfstatiker, authorities, external architects and specialist planners.
* Ensure design is in compliance with relevant codes, standards, regulations and requirements of local authority having jurisdiction.
* Produce and maintain Design Tracker (TSL PCS).
* Purchase of external architects and specialist planning services and preparation of their contracts.
* Organization of design workshops including planning meeting.
* Multi-Disciplinary Design review and project coordination (Including Specialist and Sub-Consultants).
* Responsible for BIM process.
* Review Revit model - online Modeling / Revit & CAD Production (Entire Design Stage and Design Integration stage)
* Responsible for weekly clash detection workshop and provide mitigate solutions.
* Optimization of the planning process and planning support for the execution team.
* Lead the entire design team throughout the design stages (Post Concept Design Stage).
* Responsible for the project and architectural resource planning for the project and report project needs to senior team members. (Including coordination of pipeline works).
* Conduct Project, Unit and Team Performance evaluation reviews to junior team members.
* Take responsibility for coaching, mentoring and development of team members.
* Monitor and Facilitate initiatives to develop design manuals, standard design documents, presentations, etc. to increase efficiencies, knowledge and awareness across the wider architectural community.
* Responsible of the production of all Design packages of all stages, post Concept Design Stage (All Project Documentation, including Specifications, Cut sheets & Schedules) in line with the Contractual obligations / Scope of Work and related deliverables.
* Oversight for production all project documentation, including Specifications, Cut sheets & Schedules Etc.
* Organizes and manages the design team and resources.
* Ensures team capacity and capability.
* Removes blockers to collaboration (internally & cross supply chain).
* Chairs regular internal delivery team meetings.
* Maintains RFI Tracker
* Prepares and maintains Detailed Design Delivery Programme.
* Prepare and issue Change Control where deemed appropriate.
* Ensure design is following relevant codes, standards, regulations and requirements of local authority having jurisdiction.
* Team Leadership - providing motivation, coaching and mentoring.
* Resource Planning, resourcing monitoring and reporting (Project Status).
* Reporting directly to Project Directors.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification with professional license or registration preferred
* 5–8 years of professional experience in design management, architectural project leadership, or multidisciplinary coordination, ideally on large-scale or complex projects
* Proven ability to manage and coordinate multidisciplinary design deliverables across consultants, subcontractors, and authorities
* Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulatory compliance processes
* Experience in producing, reviewing, and managing project documentation including specifications, schedules, cut sheets, and design trackers
* Proficiency in BIM management processes, Revit model review, CAD production, and clash detection workshops
* Capability in resource planning, team resourcing, and reporting to senior project directors
* Experience in tender processes, change control, RFI management, and detailed design delivery programmes
* Strong skills in organizing and leading design workshops, multidisciplinary reviews, and internal coordination meetings
* Leadership experience in guiding design teams through all project stages (post-concept to delivery)
* Ability to coach, mentor, and develop junior architects and engineers, including performance review responsibility
* Competence in stakeholder management including clients, authorities, Prüfstatiker, external architects, and specialist consultants
* Ability to identify blockers and resolve collaboration issues across teams and supply chains
* Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills for senior management and clients
* Analytical mindset, structured working style, and problem-solving orientation
* Motivation to drive continuous improvement and develop design standards, manuals, and knowledge sharing across the organization
