Tasks
* Develop and verify software components for use in automotive transport equipment and intralogistic solutions
* Diagnose technical issues and assist customers in resolving software-related problems
* Provide on-site support during system start-ups, including identifying and addressing control system faults
Qualifications
* A degree in computer science (or comparable qualification) along with initial hands-on experience in the field
* Solid programming skills in C and familiarity with communication interfaces such as CAN, RS485, and Ethernet. You also understand common industrial communication protocols including CAN, EtherCAT, TCP/IP, and UDP
* Hands on experience with EPLAN or good knowledge in electrical drawings
* Willingness to travel internationally (around 20%)
* Confident communication skills in German (C1) and English (minimum B2)
* Helpful additional knowledge includes basics of circuit design, power electronics, drive systems (e.g., asynchronous motors), and digital electronics
* A valid Class B driving licence is required
