Regional Sales Leader for the DACH Region
This is a critical leadership role in which you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic partnerships within the DACH region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and ensure alignment across all areas of the organization.
1. Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies that align with company goals and targets
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners
3. Leading high-performing sales teams and providing guidance on sales techniques and methodologies
4. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
Requirements include:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the electronics industry
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
