Your tasks
9. Maintenance and control of time management data in SAP R/3 HR
10. Support with administrative tasks including correspondence in human resources
11. Support with master data maintenance for payroll accounting of different pay variants (time-based/performance-based pay)
12. Support in creating certificates for authorities and health insurance companies, manually and via EEL and ELStAM.
Your profile
13. Completed commercial training (preferably as an industrial clerk)
14. Minimum 3 years of professional experience - preferably in a manufacturing company - in payroll accounting (wages/salary)
15. Knowledge of income tax and social security law as well as the collective agreements of the metal and electrical industry in North Rhine-Westphalia
16. Safe handling of PC applications (MS Office)
17. Good SAP R/3 HR user knowledge
18. Affinity for numbers
19. High diligence and reliability even under tight deadlines.
20. Service mentality and teamwork skills
21. Fluent German skills, both spoken and written
