We're hiring a commercially driven Head of Sales to lead and scale our DACH sales organization during a critical growth phase.

This is not a quota-carrying IC role — this is about leading, coaching, and scaling a team that delivers results.
Location: Hybrid | Berlin (DACH focus)
Compensation: $200,000 – $350,000 + bonus + equity

What We're Looking For
* Proven track record in SaaS sales (non-negotiable)
* Experience as
Sales Director, Regional VP, Head of Sales
* Strong background in m
id-market enterprise sales, multi-stakeholder deal cycles
* Experience managing
3–8 direct reports
* Strong commercial instinct and closing capability
* Ability to build trust with c
ustomers, senior stakeholders
Must-have:
* Hands-on leadership style
* Experience in scale-up / growth environments

* Experience improving pipeline quality and forecasting
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Currently leading a regional SaaS sales team
* Comfortable with mid-to-high five-figure ACVs, complex enterprise sales cycles
* Known for coaching teams, driving performance improvements
* Strong presence in face-to-face enterprise conversations
