About the Role Our team is seeking a Senior Legal Officer to oversee all aspects of company management from formation to dissolution, including restructuring and mergers. Key Responsibilities * Act as primary contact and manage all facets of company administration, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. * Organize board meetings and shareholder engagements. * Coordinate relevant filings on the Luxembourg Business Register. * Draft corporate documents and agreements. * Establish bank accounts and facilitate company transactions. * Maintain accurate company records. * Ensure adherence to Luxembourg's legal framework. Requirements and Qualifications * Law degree qualification. * A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role at a law firm or accounting practice. * Extensive knowledge of Luxembourg's legal and regulatory environment. * Fluency in written and spoken French and English. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. * Proficiency in PC software applications.
