Responsibilities
* As team leader, you will lead a motivated team to develop the German customer service department at Bosch Home Comfort, focusing on forward-looking strategies. Your responsibilities include managing key themes such as partner management, key account management, maintenance product management, competency development, internal and external communication, and project implementation.
* It is your responsibility to successfully implement projects within predetermined timeframes, scopes, budgets, and quality requirements. You will achieve this through proactive risk and change management, ensuring that our initiatives are realized securely and efficiently. By providing targeted coaching, you strengthen your team and foster collaborative relationships with internal departments and external partners and suppliers.
* Together with the leadership team, you will translate Bosch Home Comfort's corporate goals into concrete actions for your department, thereby actively shaping the strategic orientation of the customer service.
* In your area of responsibility, you will drive forward-thinking initiatives and apply modern technologies such as generative AI and self-service dashboards strategically to actively shape the transformation of customer service. You will promote a trusting team culture, recognize potential, and continuously develop your employees.
* Regularly, you will report to governance bodies involving departmental and divisional leaders.
Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics Engineering, or a comparable qualification
* Experiences and Skills: Extensive project management experience in various contexts (e.g., E2E process development) and common project management methods; ideally, experience with applying AI in the corporate environment and thorough experience in leading and developing teams
* Personality and Working Style: Entrepreneurial thinking and always acting customer-oriented; proactively, structured, and result-oriented in your work; quality, flexibility, and reliability have top priority for you; through your cooperative leadership style, you are a respected colleague; you bring the necessary initiative and design willingness, and communicating effectively with others, asserting yourself in certain situations, and presenting successfully come easily to you

* Languages: Excellent knowledge of German and English in writing and speaking
