Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesShape digitalization in healthcare by being part of the development of innovative solutions for healthcare providers, patients, and other stakeholders of the healthcare system. Help customers and users imagine the future of healthcare, and develop, iterate and test digital products and services in healthcare.Set up and oversee multiple strategic projects, support to develop seamless end-to-end user journeys with the product leads, establish explorative Design Thinking phases, agile implementation, hypothesis formulation and testing, prototyping, MVP definition, etc.Work with interdisciplinary teams and with different internal and external stakeholders, e.g. top management, product management, strategy, software engineering, and external stakeholders like customers, users to drive digital product development.Over time, build and grow a team of UX researchers and designers. Coach and mentor them to deliver the highest standards for all projects.Don’t be afraid to get your hands dirty: plan and execute user research projects, including usability tests, interviews, surveys, personas, customer journey mapping, field visits etc. Continuously innovate and improve processes.Develop our methodologies and help to scale Design Thinking and agile ways of working at Gerresheimer.
