As a Paid Traffic Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of our paid online marketing campaigns. Your goal is to maximize reach and conversions through data-driven advertising strategies
Tasks
* Develop strategy how to improve revenue and traffic to the EU subs 9 websites (Germany, UK, France, Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Ireland) + support EMEA distributors
* Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) – current main markets : UK, Germany, France, Spain, Austria
* Monitor performance and continuously optimize campaigns based on key metrics
* Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation
* Create performance reports and derive actionable insights
* Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Ecom, Sales) and external partners (Agencies for Content and Consulting)
* Conduct A/B testing and drive conversion rate optimization
Requirements
* Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in paid advertising
* Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other ad platforms
* Analytical mindset and data-driven approach
* Experience with tracking tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.)
* Self-motivated, organized, and a team player
* Fluent in German and English
