Job Title: IT Support Specialist
About the Position
We are seeking an IT professional to join our team as a technical support specialist. This role involves providing high-quality assistance to employees and maintaining our organization's IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
* First-level technical support for employees
* Collaborate with our ticket management system (JIRA) to resolve technical issues efficiently
* Procure hardware and software, and configure workstations
* Install and test new software applications
* Administer Microsoft Active Directory and ensure data security
* Document and standardize administrative tasks
* Support various IT projects
* Provide remote technical support from different locations
* Coordinate services with external providers
* Monitor and report on infrastructure performance using PRTG

Requirements
* Completion of an IT apprenticeship or equivalent qualifications
* Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in German and English
* Experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous
* Knowledge of current operating systems (Windows 10) and MS products
* Familiarity with MS Server (2016/2019) is desirable
* Basic network infrastructure knowledge is beneficial
* Interest in data protection, data security, and digital working environments is essential
