Responsibilities

Key Role Objectives

1. Build a regional business growth strategy in alignment with the global annual operating plan, collaborating with Business Segment Leads, Strategic Marketing Leads and Regional GMs.
2. Translate the growth strategy into measurable marketing initiatives that fuel demand generation, accelerate market entry and expand our footprint in new and emerging territories.
3. Design and execute a Regional New Product Introduction (NPI) model, defining key commercial milestones, assembling a cross-functional core team and ensuring periodic re-evaluation of market acceptance and value proposition.
4. Provide market intelligence and competitive insights—win/loss analysis, customer segmentation and trend reports—to support regional expansion and inform weekly and quarterly business reviews.
5. Build a demand generation engine in partnership with the EMEA demand gen and global marketing teams, targeting high-value segments to deliver double-digit growth to the regional funnel.
6. Lead and develop a high-performance team of Market Development Managers, instilling a culture of accountability, creativity and cross-functional collaboration to optimize marketing impact and ROI.

Qualifications

In this role you will be responsible for

Strategy & Planning

7. Building a regional growth strategy that delivers product revenue goals across EMEA.
8. Translating growth strategy into regional, commercial and marketing initiatives
9. Launching NPIs into the region and driving market adoption
10. Cultivating relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to amplify the regional voice.

Commercial Execution

11. Executing go-to-market strategies collaborating closely with sales and service.
12. Partnering on key sales initiatives, execution and sales enablement
13. Updating regular business overviews to reflect current market conditions

Marketing Execution

14. Developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive funnel creation
15. Building integrated campaigns that create engagement and optimize conversion
16. Creating relevant regional content that builds brand awareness
17. Closely monitoring KPIS to improve marketing performance and impact

People Leadership

18. Leading a team of Market Development Managers responsible for key product lines
19. Developing talent to build commercial and marketing excellence
20. Fostering a culture rooted in accountability and cross-functional collaboration.

What You Bring

21. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or life science discipline
22. Deep knowledge of mass spectrometry and chromatography instrumentation, software and services.
23. 10+ years of experience of experience in marketing and/or business development
24. Experience in developing marketing strategies and integrated campaigns to drive business growth
25. Proven ability to develop go -to- market plans, execute to targets and adapt to changing demands.
26. Strong interpersonal skills: effective communication, creative problem-solving and a customer-centric mindset.
27. Up to 30% international travel to engage key markets and stakeholders.
