1. Manage travel requests, bookings, and expense reporting using the Renesas travel management system
2. Coordinate shipping orders, including PFI processing and customs number requests with Export Control
3. Prepare and maintain Export Control declarations
4. Administer the vendor management system, including onboarding and updating supplier records
5. Support procurement process including RFQs, purchase requisitions and invoice verification
6. Act as deputy/backup for other assistant, ensuring continuity of administrative operations
7. Coordinate external contractors, on-site service inspections, and tracking of agreed deliverables
8. Prepare meetings and maintain operational materials such as training documents, budgets, and signage
Additional Responsibilities
9. Organize company-wide events, including summer and year-end events
10. Administer and maintain SharePoint sites
Qualifications
Qualifications:
11. At least 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
13. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
14. Very Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
15. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
16. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
