Job Description
The company I am recruiting for are a global, SAP Gold Consulting partner looking to hire a Practice Lead responsible for and be the main point of contact within SAP SuccessFactors and HR Cloud.
Your role as Practice Lead will be focused on both operational leadership and business development opportunities within Germany. The current team sits at around 12 SAP Professionals with the need to increase significantly and you will be responsible for driving client relationships, oversee the quality of project delivery and ensure the business is profitable.
The role is primarily a remote position but as there will be client facing responsibilities, there would be a need for travelling in and around Germany (TBC)
Some of your responsibilities may include but not limited to:
* You will consult current and potential future clients within Germany regarding their HR strategy as well as advise customers while identifying their needs in HR transformation
* You will be responsible for the development of the consulting team which will include the recruitment, performance evaluation and personal development of the team
* You will oversee project delivery ensuring both quality and budget control objectives are met and deliver on positive client satisfaction
* You will also drive sales opportunities together with regional leadership and partners
* You will have the opportunity to liaise and consult with other Group/Practice Directors in around 10+ countries across 3 different regions
* You will report directly to the group MD and other leaders within the business in regards to current Germany objectives and targets
* In addition, you will support the group internally and the further development of new professional opportunities
