Responsibilities Position overview: Lead the specialist group as well as staff qualification with a range of approximately 40-80 staff. Main tasks: Ensuring the functionality of the assembly Line incl. the required compliance with costs, deadlines of productivity and quality Technical and disciplinary management of a foreman area Providing the necessary personnel Initiate optimisation of existing processes Contributing to design-to-cost measures on series products in cooperation with the development department Ensuring the introduction of new products into the production process Carry out and implement CIP measures Ensure compliance with the 5S theme (organisation, order, cleanliness, standardisation, discipline).
