* Audit and accelerate the recruiting strategy for Sales and Operations roles to meet hiring targets across Germany
* Lead and mentor the recruitment team
* Act as a strategic sparring partner for senior leadership on talent strategy and leadership development topics
* Drive process optimization and organizational transformation in close partnership with the HR Director
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
* Proven experience in leading recruiting teams within high-growth or scale-up environments
* A strong track record of success in hiring for Sales and Operations roles, ideally within the IT or technology sector
* Strong capability to advise and coach senior management on people strategy and organizational effectiveness
* Professional fluency in both German and English with excellent communication skills
