Job Description
* Solidify Infineon's employer brand: You will help with campaign development, maintenance and contribute to the continuous improvement of our global employer brand
* Support D&I marketing : You will help with the development and execution of strategic talent marketing initiatives, develop tailored activities to attract diverse talents and support the content on our D&I website
* Drive innovation: You will support various projects within our Global Talent Marketing team, e.g. in digital marketing
* Maintain our employer presence : You will take care of our employer review platforms and respond to reviews
* Support key initiatives : You will collaborate with our Target Group Owners for Professionals, Emerging Talent, and Diversity & Inclusion
* Teamwork is dreamwork: You will support the team in developing and executing marketing activities
Your Profile
* Study field : You are currently studying communication sciences, economics or a similar field with a focus on marketing, human resources or digital media
* Work experience: You have already gained practical experience as an intern or a working student
* Way of working: You are characterized by your ability to express yourself in a stylistically confident manner, a creative writing style and very good grammar skills
* Personality: You like to work independently and self-determined, in addition you are not afraid to proactively contribute your own ideas and implement them independently
* Language skills : You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken

Important information:
* Working part-time : The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
* Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome : You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
* You should live close to the site : It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
