As a Supply Chain Analyst with a strong focus on data visualization and supply chain analytics, you play a key role in driving data-based decision-making across our global supply chain. You transform complex data into clear insights, build meaningful dashboards and reports, and enable informed decisions at all levels of the organization.

* Design, develop, maintain, and continuously improve interactive dashboards and reports in BI tools and MS Excel to visualize supply chain performance
* Further develop KPI transparency frameworks across the supply chain, including metrics such as OTIF, inventory levels, inventory turnover, forecast accuracy, lead times, and cost-to-serve
* Conduct root cause and factor analyses and align deviations across the entire end-to-end supply chain
* Build and maintain ETL processes in close collaboration with Data Engineering and IT teams
* Proactively ensure data consistency across multiple systems and locations within the supply chain
* Safeguard high data quality and consistency within reporting and analytics tools
* Support the digitalization and automation of reporting and analytics processes
Your skillset - as strong as our protein
* A completed degree in Business Informatics, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a comparable field
* At least 3 years of professional experience in data analytics, ideally with a focus on supply chain or operations, or within fast-growing, international environments (preferably FMCG)
* Strong expertise in data visualization and development with Power BI
* Confident working with SAP
* Experience with data models and KPI frameworks in a supply chain context
* Solid understanding of core supply chain processes, workflows, and key metrics
* A strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, the ability to work with large data sets, persistence in resolving data inconsistencies, and a strong commitment to data quality
* Fluent English skills; German language skills are a plus

Als Supply Chain Analyst (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt auf der Visualisierung und Analyse von Supply-Chain-Kennzahlen übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle bei der datengetriebenen Steuerung unserer globalen Lieferkette. Du machst komplexe Daten verständlich, entwickelst aussagekräftige Dashboards und Reports und unterstützt damit fundierte Entscheidungen auf allen Ebenen.

* Entwicklung, Pflege und Optimierung interaktiver Dashboards und Berichte in BI-Systemen und MS Excel zur Visualisierung der Supply-Chain-Performance
* Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von KPI-Transparenzsystemen (z.B. OTIF, Bestand, Umschlagshäufigkeit, Prognosegenauigkeit, Lieferzeit, Cost-to-Serve)
* Durchführung von Faktorenanalysen und Abstimmung von Abweichungen über die gesamte End-to-End-Supply-Chain hinweg
* Aufbau und Pflege von ETL-Prozessen in Zusammenarbeit mit Data Engineering und IT
* Proaktive Pflege der Datenkonsistenz in der Lieferkette über verschiedene Systeme und Standorte hinweg
* Sicherstellung von Datenqualität und -konsistenz innerhalb der Reporting- und Analysetools
* Unterstützung bei der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Reporting-Prozessen
Dein Skillset - stark wie unser Protein
* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science, Statistik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
* Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Data Analytics, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Supply Chain/Operations oder in schnellwachsenden, internationalen Umgebungen (idealerweise FMCG)
* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Visualisierung und Programmierung von Power BI
* Sicherer Umgang mit SAP
* Erfahrung mit Datenmodellen und KPI-Frameworks im Supply-Chain-Kontext
* Verständnis der zentralen Supply-Chain-Prozesse, Abläufe und relevanten Kennzahlen
* Analytische Denkweise, hohe Detailgenauigkeit, Fähigkeit zur Verarbeitung großer Datenmengen, Beharrlichkeit bei der Beseitigung von Unstimmigkeiten und ein ausgeprägter Qualitätsanspruch
* Fließende Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
