Senior Manager Labour Law and Labour Relations Location: Our client is seeking a Senior Manager Labour Law to lead the organisation’s labour relations strategy and ensure compliance with employment law. Advise on all employment law issues and ensure compliance across jurisdictions.
Support legal aspects of restructuring, transformation, and M&A projects.
Guide and support local HR teams on labour and collective bargaining matters.
Qualified lawyer with a focus on labour law and 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an international industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of German labour law and collective bargaining structures.
Proven experience with co-determination bodies and complex restructuring projects.
Strategic thinker with strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in German and English.
