We are now looking for another team member to join us as Global Product Marketing & Campaign Manager. In this role, you will take ownership of developing and implementing a comprehensive product marketing strategy, as well as driving targeted initiatives for our unique multi-material ceilings portfolio. You will play a pivotal role in crafting impactful value propositions, developing strategic messaging frameworks, and leading go-to-market campaigns that effectively highlight product advantages and deliver clear customer benefits to the right audiences.
Developing and executing a comprehensive multi-material ceilings product marketing strategy, incorporating compelling value propositions and a messaging framework that highlights product and customer benefits while effectively addressing target audiences.
Managing the creation, coordination, maintenance, and continuous improvement of customer-facing product marketing assets and content – including brochures, presentations, videos, images, etc. – Leading the strategic planning, execution, and performance analysis of innovative go-to-market product campaigns, guided by the annual ceilings innovation roadmap and ensuring alignment with global strategies and local market needs.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, digital marketing, local marketing, and sales teams, to ensure seamless and effective implementation of product marketing and campaign initiatives.
Defining, tracking, and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and campaigns, including lead generation efforts and their contribution to bringing potential revenue, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to optimise future strategies.
Staying ahead of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback, adapting product marketing strategies to maintain relevance and maximise impact in an evolving market environment.
Driving innovation and creativity in product marketing strategies, utilising emerging technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance asset management, campaign performance, customer engagement, and brand visibility.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study or equivalent in Marketing / Marketing Communications
~5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the building construction industry
~ Fluency in English and German are required for this position
~ Strong interest in ceiling products, building construction and architecture, enabling the development and creation of clear and compelling value propositions and content
~ Extensive expertise and a structured approach to developing and executing effective multi-channel marketing campaigns
~ Demonstrated expertise in managing complex project lifecycles for global marketing initiatives, including strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and successful execution to achieve measurable results
