Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll preparation and administrative tasks for employees in Germany, with the opportunity to support other countries in the region. This role involves ensuring a seamless onboarding and offboarding process, preparing payroll for an external provider, and acting as the primary point of contact for employees on payroll and administration matters.

Requirements
* University degree in Economics, Human Resources, Legal or comparable field
* Fluency in English and native proficiency in German
* Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
* Solid knowledge of labor law, international mobility administration, pension schemes, long-term incentives, payroll obligations, tax codes, and social security requirements
* An independent, structured approach to work with high sense of responsibility, quality awareness, and results orientation
* A business-driven mindset, international experience, and passion for teamwork
