Product Strategist for Finance Solutions
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Strategist to drive the development of our finance solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with market, customer, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Develop product vision and roadmap in collaboration with CIO
* Promote innovation, ensure high product quality, and comply with regulatory standards
* Foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Revenue, Development, Operations)
* Leverage market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform product decisions
* Drive process improvements and efficiency gains through data-driven insights
Requirements:
* At least 8 years of experience in SaaS finance management with deep understanding of finance processes and relevant regulatory requirements
* Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to motivate and develop inter-disciplinary teams
* Strong analytical skills, clear communication of complex content, and experience in agile product development and modern project management tools
* High customer orientation, excellent communication skills, sense of responsibility, self-motivation, result focus, and hands-on mentality
* Willingness to travel occasionally and proficiency in German and English
