Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with corporate branding, marketing, and communications teams to ensure guidelines are followed. Use these guidelines for the purpose of administration, planning and execution of compelling talent attraction and employer branding content (videos, blogs, social media posts) which showcase company culture, values, and employee experiences and increase employer attractiveness in Germany
* Develop and deploy engaging and authentic social video content to showcase Vestas culture and values
* Analyze and optimize employer branding activities based on KPIs and feedback
* Develop, organize, and execute employer branding strategies, campaigns, and events across digital and offline channels
* Manage the company’s presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed
* Organize and represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and university partnerships
Desired Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree Marketing or Communications, and completed studies in media, or a comparable qualification
* 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, or a related HR function
* Experience with applicant tracking systems
* Proven success in managing social media and digital campaigns for employer branding
* 2+ years experience with video editing software and social media platforms, including familiarity with employer branding tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other video editing software
* Creativity and a good sense of trends and target audiences in Germany
* Business fluent written and verbal German and English expertise
* Team player with a proactive work approach

* Strong storytelling and content creation skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics
* Creative thinker with a passion for innovation in talent attraction
* Willingness to travel
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably with a major multi national organization
* Certification in employer branding or talent acquisition (e.g., LinkedIn Talent Solutions, SHRM-CP)
