Represent and communicate our sustainability strategy to customers, while initiating and managing collaborative projects with a strong focus on sustainability and circular innovation. Act as a key interface between Development, ESH (Environment, Safety & Health), Suppliers, and Customers to foster cross-functional collaboration and sustainable progress. Master's degree in technical studies, preferably in Chemistry, Polymer, or Material Science. Several years of experience in sustainability, life cycle assessment, and circular economy. Desired experience in the formulation of elastomeric and plastic materials. Experience with automotive customers. Fluent in English; knowledge of German is advantageous. Strong intercultural skills.
