Your tasks
- Controlling the timely implementation of approved changes within the system context
- Coordination of local manufacturing support teams on the part of development, as well as ensuring participation in manufacturing-related meetings.
- Collaboration with technical configuration management for the priority-based implementation of modifications.
- Close cooperation with the Production Support Team for tracked and wheeled vehicles to establish uniform processes and efficient resource utilization
- Support in classifying manufacturing problems according to applicable process guidelines
- Representation of the development area on the Change Review Board and Change Implementation Board
- Conducting regular coordination meetings with the executing core engineering departments.
- Responsibility for regular reporting on the current problem and change status
- Escalation of critical issues to team and department management level as needed.
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies in the field of systems engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering
- Several years of professional experience as a Systems Engineer in the field of systems and electrical engineering
- Solid experience in the production environment as well as in direct manufacturing support
- Mastery of electrical connection techniques such as soldering, crimping and pressing according to IPC-A-620, as well as knowledge of printed circuit board manufacturing according to IPC 610.
- Experience in the assembly of cables and cable harnesses, the wiring of components, and in the use of modern measuring and analysis equipment is advantageous.
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, for an international project environment
- Independent, structured work style characterized by high initiative and strong technical judgment
- Strong two-way communication skills as a team member and competence in liaising with managers.
- Willingness to undertake occasional business trips as part of project management
