Department Description & Job Purpose
We are looking for a highly motivated work student (m/f/d) within Business Enablement with a focus on the area of IT Management and Support. The role implies ensuring a smooth IT – experience for our consultants from onboarding, during their engagement at Allianz Consulting. If you are interested to deliver impact and grow people for Allianz, then Allianz Consulting is the place to be!
Key responsibilities
* Support coordination of Allianz Consulting Onboarding experience
* Support development of yearbook for all new joiners in Allianz Consulting
* Take over responsibility for operational tasks in day-to-day business and ad hoc requests, focusing office support like mailbox management
* Manage on-site requests of consultants for giveaways, IT problems and other ad-hoc tasks
Key requirements
* Enrollment in a German University (for working student positions) or (for an internship) in a gap year. Student status throughout the duration of the contract.
* University studies in Business Leadership, International Management or related field
* Basic understanding of AI frameworks and the ability to utilize AI tools in everyday tasks. Interest in supporting clients in adopting AI for successful business transformation.
* Experience in the area of project management, people processes, and office management
* Strong team player with high assertiveness and the ability to work under pressure with limited guidance
* Strong communication skills with being fluent in English; German is a plus
* Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially SharePoint and PowerAutomate
* You can start in May 2026y and are interested in a working student position for 6 months- part time (16-20 h/week)
