Your Role & Mission - We’re building the engine that drives our growth in climate tech and you will be at the center of it. Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape and execute our go-to-market strategy
Coordinate with Account Executives to hand off qualified leads and support deal progression
Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting (email, cold calling, LinkedIn, events)
HubSpot, Salesforce).
Continuously improve GTM processes and experiment with new tools and approaches (bonus if you’re excited about AI)
Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable taking initiative and driving projects end-to-end
~ German on native speaker level & fluent in English
